My first thoughts of a trike started in the 7th grade or so. Back in the early 80's we did not have the internet...And I could not find any trikes other than the one Leonardo DaVinci drew in the late 1400's. So here are a few pictures of my first prototype. The trike in the photo above was built from 1985-1987. My younger brother Brandon would ride on the bike and shift the gears before we had it all put together. The Engine was a Honda V65 Magna 1100cc. 116 HP. Man was it fun to drive, very fast. All the fun of shifting and quick acceleration of a motorcycle with the safety of seat belts and a roll cage.
